About the event
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Saturday, August 8, 2026, at Carling Townships Community Centre. This year, the AGM will be held indoors again. Coffee, water, and snacks will be provided, and the meeting will begin at 10:00am. Chairs will be provided by the township. We kindly ask all members to remind fellow members of the AGM closer to the date.
