About BPSA

Who we are:

The Bayview on Parry Sound Association (BPSA) was established in 1965, when the original Bayview subdivision owner deeded six lake-front properties to the association. Since then, members and the board of directors have helped to maintain and protect the beauty of our six common properties.

 

What keeps BPSA running:

The annual membership fee helps with the costs of annual maintenance of the properties (sand, tree removal, etc.), portable toilet rentals, accounting fees and insurance. Members also have the option to pay a fee to lease a shared private dock from the association to dock watercraft. This fee also helps to support BPSA with yearly running costs. 

​

We are also thankful for our board of directors who volunteer their time to keep the association running smoothly. Directors are elected by the members at the annual general meeting.
