Important Update – Change to Iroquois Property Access

​

Please be advised that, effective May 9, 2026, there has been a change to the access routes for the Iroquois property. Members are now only permitted to access the property via Iroquois Drive. Access from Pine Valley Drive is no longer available.

​

A recent survey has confirmed that the Pine Valley Drive access route is not located on Bayview on Parry Sound Association property. As a result, continued use of this route would require trespassing on private property owned by the homeowners.

​

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we implement this update and work to respect neighbouring property boundaries.
